For a car, SUV, pickup truck or van, describe the vehicle and its current condition. If the engine has failed, the transmission slips or body repairs no longer make sense, an as-is offer gives you another option to consider. You do not need to spend money on cosmetic repairs simply to ask us about the car. A vehicle that still runs can also be assessed; it does not have to be scrap.
Use the Vehicle field for the year, make and model when known. In the selling-reason field, explain the main fault or why the car is no longer useful to you. We can follow up about mileage, damage, missing components and collection access.
A non-running car still needs a complete description
“Will not start” could mean a flat battery, engine damage or an unknown problem. Say what you know without guessing. Mention whether the keys are available, the wheels turn and the steering works. If a workshop has diagnosed a fault, include that information; if it has not, say so.

What makes one offer different from another?
Age alone does not set a price. Model, mileage, mechanical condition, damage and the components still present all contribute to the vehicle assessment. Compare offers for the same disclosed condition and ask what collection is included. There is no published amount that every car automatically qualifies for.
Agree the sale and the pickup together
When i-Tow purchases your car, the agreed towing is included in the offer. Share the actual collection address before accepting. A car in a garage, parkade or repair-shop yard may need an access check and permission from the property operator. A separate tow for a car you want to keep has its own transport quote.
Before releasing the vehicle, confirm the amount, payment method, collection window and documents with the team. Disclose outstanding financing or any issue with authority to sell early. Keep the completed sale record and remove personal belongings.

Can I sell a car with a blown engine in Calgary?
You can request an assessment without repairing the engine first. Include the year, make, model and known fault, then tell us whether the car can roll and steer. We confirm whether we can make a purchase offer and collect it from the stated address.
Can you assess a car when I do not know the mechanical fault?
Yes. Describe the symptoms and when the car last ran rather than guessing at the repair. An initial enquiry can lead to follow-up questions; the offer depends on the vehicle information we can establish.
Should I fix damage before requesting an offer?
Request an assessment of the current condition first. You can then compare the offer with the cost and effort of repairs or a private sale. Spending money on repairs does not guarantee that you will recover it in a higher sale price.
Is an online quote the final purchase agreement?
No. The form starts an enquiry. The vehicle, seller authority, condition, purchase amount, payment method and pickup terms are confirmed before the transaction. Report any change in condition or missing parts before the appointment.
Can I sell a hail-damaged car in Calgary?
You can request an assessment of a hail-damaged vehicle. Describe the dents, glass damage and whether it still runs, and tell us about any pending insurance claim or ownership issue. The team confirms whether a purchase and collection can be arranged for that vehicle.
