Information we collect
The current quote form requires your name, phone number, email address, pickup city, vehicle details and reason for selling. If you use an older cached form or provide additional information during follow-up, we may also receive vehicle year, make, model, condition, postal code, mileage, VIN, ownership status, expected price, notes or vehicle photos. We also receive basic technical information such as the referring page, landing page, campaign parameters, IP address and submission time for attribution, security and spam prevention.
How we use information
We use submitted information to assess the vehicle, respond to your enquiry, arrange service, create a lead reference, prevent abuse and measure whether website enquiries are working. We do not use vehicle illustrations on this site as representations of a customer's actual job.
Email delivery and authorized recipients
Form submissions are sent through the business email system to the operating inbox and an authorized business recipient. Email providers and the website host process information as needed to deliver the service. Do not submit highly sensitive documents or payment-card details through the quote form.
Vehicle photos
The current quote form has no photo upload. Images submitted through an older supported form are checked as image files, resized and re-encoded before being attached to the lead email. Temporary processing copies are removed after the send attempt. Copies delivered to authorized mailboxes remain subject to the mailbox's retention and deletion practices.
Analytics, advertising and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads tags to understand visits and measure completed enquiries. These services may set or read identifiers according to Google's policies and your browser settings. A short-lived server session is also used so an advertising conversion can be recorded only after a successful form email, not from a direct visit to the thank-you page.
Security and retention
We use validation, rate limits and access controls intended to reduce unauthorized use. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Information is retained only as long as reasonably required for enquiries, business records, legal obligations and dispute handling; hosting and email logs may follow provider retention schedules.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct or request deletion of personal information held for your enquiry, subject to legal and legitimate business record requirements. You can also control cookies and similar storage through your browser.
