Before you decide
Understand the arrangement before booking
An enquiry starts the discussion. The vehicle, seller authority and collection terms still need to be confirmed.
Resolve authority to sell
Raise missing records, financing or a sale for someone else before the appointment. A quote does not resolve those matters automatically.
Prepare the paperworkAgree the handover
Confirm the amount, payment method and loading arrangement. Standalone transport for a vehicle you keep is quoted separately.

Website information
We aim to keep website information accurate, but availability, route timing and vehicle values change. Website content is general information and is not a binding purchase offer, towing quote, legal opinion or guarantee of a particular result.
Vehicle quotes and inspection
An online or phone estimate is based on the details you provide. A final purchase amount may require confirmation of the vehicle's identity, ownership, completeness, condition and access. Tell us about material damage, missing parts, liens, location restrictions and whether the vehicle rolls, steers, has keys or can be accessed by a tow truck.
Authority to sell
You must have legal authority to sell the vehicle and provide truthful information. Identification and available ownership records may be requested. Outstanding financing, liens, estate matters or sales on behalf of another person must be disclosed before pickup.
Pickup and towing
Towing is included when stated as part of an accepted i-Tow vehicle purchase offer. Standalone towing for a vehicle you are keeping is quoted separately. Pickup windows depend on route, access, traffic, weather and truck availability.
Payment and handover
The agreed purchase amount and payment method are confirmed before loading. The seller should retain a completed bill of sale and follow Alberta registry, licence-plate and insurance requirements that apply to the transaction.
Photos and submitted content
You may submit vehicle photos and notes only when you have the right to share them. Do not upload identification documents, payment-card data, illegal material or images unrelated to the enquiry.

Links to maps, social networks, analytics and other third-party services are provided for convenience. Their services and privacy practices are controlled by those providers.
