2. Services Provided

i-Tow Cash For Cars provides cash-for-cars purchasing, vehicle towing, and scrap car removal services in Calgary and surrounding Alberta communities. All services are subject to availability and vehicle assessment.

3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on information provided by the customer. The final offer may be adjusted upon physical inspection if the vehicle's actual condition differs from what was described. You are never obligated to accept a revised offer.

4. Vehicle Ownership

By accepting payment, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the vehicle (or have authorization to sell it), that the vehicle is free of liens, and that all information provided is accurate. Providing false ownership information is a criminal offence under Alberta law.

5. Towing & Pickup

Free towing is included with all cash-for-cars transactions. Towing service for non-sale situations is subject to pricing disclosed at the time of booking. We are not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, or access paths during a legitimate towing operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
