- State whether the vehicle has been assessed or repaired and what records are available.
- Mention missing parts, locked wheels and whether it can be steered.
- Explain insurer, workshop or property-release requirements.
The resulting offer depends on the actual vehicle and the information that can be confirmed. Compare the purchase amount and agreed collection rather than a generic payout advertised for damaged cars.
