If your mailing address uses a nearby community, explain that separately from the loading location. Tell us whether the vehicle is on your driveway, at another property or in a shared parking area. We need both a clear address and permission to use the collection point.
Check the space around the vehicle
Describe any garage opening, carport, parked vehicle or other restriction between the car and the truck. Let us know whether the car can roll and steer and whether its keys are available. This helps us review the collection method rather than assuming the vehicle can be driven into position.

Give the year, make and model when known, plus the reason you want to sell. Describe mechanical problems, accident damage or missing parts. We assess the vehicle you have now and confirm the purchase amount and towing included when an offer is accepted.
Ask about anything that affects handover, such as an owner who lives elsewhere or incomplete records, before a collection is booked. Remove personal belongings and have the available documents ready. The pickup window is confirmed for the actual address, vehicle and access, rather than promised solely from the community name.
