Plan collection from the actual property
Delacour is a Rocky View County hamlet with surrounding rural properties. The County's area plan places it around Highways 564 and 791, but a highway junction does not identify your driveway. Provide the civic address and the approach used by vehicles when we confirm the collection.
If the car is beyond a gate or a long driveway, describe the entrance and the space available for turning. Let us know whether the loading area is paved, gravel or soft ground. We will discuss the access rather than assuming a tow truck can reach every part of the property.
Tell us what has changed since it was parked
A vehicle may have been complete when it stopped being used but have flat tyres, seized brakes or missing parts now. A current description is more useful than the condition it was in when you last drove it. Include the make, model, year if known and the reason you want it removed.
Be clear about whether the engine is present, the wheels can turn and the steering works. Those details affect both the assessment and the collection method. If photos would clarify the situation, we can arrange a way to share them during follow-up; the quote form itself does not require an upload.
Agree on the sale before arranging removal
Scrap value is assessed for the individual vehicle, including its condition and completeness. There is no fixed Delacour price that applies to every car. We explain the offer and the towing included in an accepted purchase before booking the pickup.
Have the available ownership records and keys ready, and remove belongings you want to keep. If the vehicle belongs to someone else, tell us at the start so authority to sell can be clarified before a collection is scheduled.
